Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid LogicMesh Tools programmes confirmed by invoice or written enrolment agreement. Website pricing is informational only; payments are not processed on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the stated timeframe and meet the conditions below. Corporate seats purchased as a bundle may follow the terms printed on the invoice if those terms are more specific.

Timeframe

For self-paced or cohort courses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment and before accessing more than 20% of course modules (whichever comes first). After that window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if a serious service failure occurs on our side.

Full versus partial refunds

• Full refund: cancellation inside the 7-day window with limited module access, or cancellation by LogicMesh Tools before the programme starts.
• Partial refund: unused seats in a team bundle when notice is given at least 10 days before the first live session, less an administrative fee of 10% of the unused seat value.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one advisory hours, custom Mesh Atelier deliverables already accepted in writing, and third-party exam or software fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@logicmesh-tools.digital with your full name, invoice number, programme name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by institution.

Cancellation by LogicMesh Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may extend eligibility where Malaysian consumer law requires, or where documented medical or emergency circumstances prevent participation. Abuse of the refund process (for example, downloading materials then immediately claiming a refund outside policy) may result in denial.
